Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for ready-made items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in its original condition
  • in the original packaging where possible
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect:

  • made-to-order items
  • personalised or custom items
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • earrings or other items where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons once opened or worn

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer law, except for personalised or custom-made items.
